He recommended both an open house and personal inspections, and vetted prospective purchasers in terms of their capacity to pay. When you are informed by agent that they require six weeks to organise everything for an auction and you end up only giving them four weeks, Michael and his team pulled everything together on time. My brother and I were kept informed every step of the way, from advising what we needed to do to ready the house so photos could be taken for advertising purposes, then showing us how many people had looked at the house online.
