Paul’s professionalism shone through in the sale of my elderly mother’s house in his thoughtfulness and respect he showed to her. From the moment Paul met with my mother and myself he was very patient in explaining the process in selling her house and put her at ease with what she thought would be a very stressful experience. It was very much the opposite. We were kept up to date with everything that was happening and when the first buyers pulled out of the sale Paul was so quick to follow up on other potential buyers and secure the sale we were amazed at all his hard work. 10/10
