We were selling our property as Executors of our father’s estate.
From the outset, Paul showed compassion to our circumstances and great professionalism. He had strong market knowledge of the area where our father’s home was situated and advised us accordingly of the listing price. Due to changes in the market, he guided us well in respect to any changes that needed to be made and communicated with both my brother and I equally either by email or text message. He was also available for telephone chats if needed. I believe we have a lovely first home owner who has bought our property. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who is looking to sell their home.

Best agent we have dealt with.
Paul has excellent market knowledge and has sold many properties in the street where we bought. Communication was great in that we weren't continuously pested with phone calls however he was prompt and professional in getting back to us when ever we called or had a query. Additional inspections were never a problem. We were pretty clear up front that our offer was going to be our offer and that we were not going to be interested in a tit for tat offer exchange. We were so impressed that we decided to list our property though Paul.
