In an extremely difficult market Michael got the job done. Throughout the whole campaign I don't think i ever had doubts that he wouldn't. Exerting confidence in a declining market is essential, showing positivity towards potential buyers is critical. We all think our houses are worth more than what they are because of the personal connection, Michael's job was to sell our experiences along with the house to boost the worth to others. He did this very well. He was timely for every open and timely in responding with feedback each Monday. My previous experiences with agents left a bad taste in my mouth but Michael was honest and upfront with the initial value of the property and managed to get close to the mark when it counted. I could not have been more happier with his efforts and professionalism. The market will pay what it sees fit, an agents job is purely to promote the property as best he can. In saying that I would strongly refer Michael Sleiman to anyone wishing to consider selling and in this market he is the best there is.

I have bought and sold off Michael before so when my wife and I were considering selling we had no hesitations in contacting Michael. From our very first consultation through to now (soon to settle) Michael has been the ultimate professional going above and beyond what is required of an agent. Michael was upfront and honest with us in everything from our reserve price, expected selling price right through to how our house should look and even helped us find good local tradesmen to assist us in a small renovation. We are moving interstate and Michael even helped us with the purchase of our new property. Michael is by far the best real estate agent in the business and I would have no hesitation in ever recommending him if you are looking to buy or sell in the local area.

Michael We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for your assistance in not only selling our home but assisting with the purchase of our new home. As you can imagine selling and purchasing a home can be the most stressful time in anyone’s life. Selling our family home of 11 years was the most important decision my wife and I have had to make in our lifetime so far. Voula and I had never sold a home before, we did not have a good knowledge of the real estate market and had no idea about what we had to do or how to do it. So we really needed a trust worthy person to the right thing by us, to sell our home for a good price and provide reliable service. You made the whole process smooth and relatively painless with your high level of communication with us at all times. You listened carefully to our needs and got us a result that we would never had imagined. You went above and beyond, not only did you sell our home in 3 weeks from when it was listed. You sold it before it went to auction and at a price higher, way higher then what my wife and I had expected, and did I say way higher? And in a time when the market is not at its best, It is unheard of. I would not hesitate recommending you as an agent to any of my family, friends or acquaintances. Michael, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You came through as promised. A man of your word. Regards Paul and Voula
