From the first open house to exchange of contracts Michael was always there to answer my enquiries. He did not rush and was very welcoming. When I first met Michael I was a bit skeptical as I had heard many conflicting stories about real estate agents. My fears were soon dispelled as Michael began to outline his selling tactics. Michael explained all the costs upfront. He worked out the price for my home and suggested to go with private treaty sale not auction. This proved to be true as after one open house there were two people who were interested in my home and they took contracts. On the following Tuesday one gentleman agreed to the full asking price. After Michael informed the other party the lady said she would give Michael her offer within two hours. The lady phoned back and offered a large amount above the asking price. The contracts have been exchanged and the cooling off period has expired and the lady has now paid her deposit. Michael was very courteous both to me and the lady buyer. He was never aggressive and always polite. I would highly recommend Michael and his agency at Daystar Padstow to both buyers and sellers as he seems to want to help both parties. This is the reason Michael is so highly rated is real estate industry. If you require an excellent agent see Michael and his assistant agent Carol.
