After associating ourselves with many agents in the area, my wife and i decided to go with Michael Sleiman at First National Daystar. Our decision was obviously a hard one, as there are many agents in the area and surrounds. I had met Michael briefly at an open house 6 years ago and was highly impressed with his professionalism. His knowledge on what he was selling, the area, and what it offered (e.g. Schools, transport, shops etc) was comforting as we weren't from the area. Unfortunately, we decided to sell 2 years ago with another big name franchise real estate in the area. What a disaster! It obviously didn't sell, and it left us with a foul taste. When it came to selling our place for the second time, my wife and I called Michael. He came to our house and we instantly knew he was the man to look after us! What set him above from the rest was his honesty!!! No BS expectations! He told it as it was. He was all class! Throughout the auction process, he was at every open house. He gave constant updates on where we were at. He even brought people in on his day off, and on non viewing days! Auction date arrives, and he was as cool as a cucumber! This actually really helped us calm down. The result? Well what can we say... We were ecstatic! So the whole process was better than what we expected, and brought faith back in real estate agents! We thanked god that we chose Michael! In saying that, we also would like to say a thank you to Carol who worked alongside Micheal. She was an ace in every aspect of the sale of our property as well. My wife and I would definitely refer Michael from First National Daystar to anyone who is thinking or wanting to sell their property! If you want a professional, confident, honest (rare these days) hardworking person to help you with the hardest and most emotional time in your life, then Michael is your man!
