I first met Michael in 2012 when we purchased our property through him. At that time I formed the view that Michael was a strong advocate for his vendor, so when it recently came time to sell I decided that I wanted the attributes he displayed in 2012 on my side, now that I am the vendor. Michael has also demonstrated a thorough knowledge and understanding of the local area. When discussing the potential sale of the property he did not rely on our thoughts about a target price (we didn't give it to him), but he presented his evidence for the asking price as well as a reasoned marketing strategy. The sale process was professionally managed with a strong flow of communication from Michael and his team. We achieved a very quick sale at a price considerably above the asking price.
