Broc was well prepared, professional and reliable. He followed through on what he told us and communicated with us frequently. We were extremely satisfied with working with Broc and his team and would definitely utilise his services again. Thanks for a great experience.

I have know Darren for a few years now and when it came to selling my late fathers home it could not have been in better hands. He treats you like family and his market appraisal was spot on along with his knowledge if the market. His advice was second to none. Twobwords that come to mind is honesty and integrity. Dont think twice if you are selling a home in the area give him a call you wont be sorry.

During the sale of our property Broc was in constant communication with advice and updates of our property. He sold it in a timly fashon at a fair price for both parties. I would highly recomend Broc for any Real Estate advice in the Tuncurry/Foster area.

We highly recommend Broc and have engaged Broc to sell our last 3 houses & he never fails in his professionalism and knowledge of the market. Broc makes the whole process of selling a house simple.

As we don't live in Forster, our top priority was to find a Real Estate agent who not only knew the market, but was ethical and reliable. We found this in BROC BUDERUS at FIRST NATIONAL, and have been most comfortable in all our contacts with him. We first spoke with Broc via the phone in late July and personally met him in Forster, early August. As we had hoped Broc's diligent organisation resulted in a deposit being taken some twenty five days later after listing. We have no hesitation in recommending BROC BUDERUS to any prospective vendors or purchasers.

I chose First National Real Estate for property sale of my late Mother's house. It's hard to write the respect I have for you Broc Buderus, you have shown so much respect and compassion to me as it has been very emotional journey due to circumstances of this sale. Plus a big thank you to the whole team 😊

To infinity and back! Does way more than you would expect an agent to help you with! Organised clean ups, pool looked after, even would help you move furniture out if needed. Has changed my faith in the realestate profession! A true gentleman, plus super accommodating since I work long hours and most days. Was onsite early to meet trades and late to meet me or potential buyers at anytime! The whole team works together to get the job done but Darren goes way passed what is expected. Thanks again to Darren and his team!

Very grateful to Broc and his team for their work with selling a property for me. Communication was excellent and I felt supported through the process by both Broc and his friendly team. Advice was sensible and helped achieve a good result. I would not hesitate to work with Broc again or to recommend him.
