We first met Broc at a house inspection years ago, and it was at that appointment that we knew that if we were to sell in the future, he was the agent we wanted to represent us! Broc is a seasoned professional and a great communicator. He tailored a marketing strategy that has achieved for us a fantastic result in this current changing market. The entire First National Team were great to deal with, they were friendly, prompt, professional and we would highly recommend anyone thinking about selling their home or a small acreage property like ours, to look no further than this team of Agents and Admin staff to represent you! 10/10

I bought this property through First National Real Estate Forster & Tuncurry and I chose to sell this property using the same agent as the buying experience was nothing short of fantastic. The selling experience was also 100% satisfactory. Broc was attentive, professional and kept me fully informed of what was happening throughout the selling process.

The current real estate market is no piece of cake but in this hard season Darren and his partner Broc and all their team gave stellar performances, from the photos of our house to dealing with the prospective purchasers and the sale negotiations. We are pleased and happy with the outcome and can recommend Darren without reservation.

I’ll start by saying, Broc is a top bloke, and you won’t be disappointed if you sell or buy a property through him. We first met Broc some time ago at one of the first open homes we went to in Forster. Our family were new to the area, and we found that Broc and his Team were very easy to approach and were able to answer any of our queries about the local area and explain the real estate process in simple terms we could understand. The things that stood out after meeting Broc that day was his easy-going personality, his true professionalism, his wealth of knowledge on the local area and the real estate process. When I found the house that we’re buying through him and saw it was Broc selling it, I had no hesitation in contacting him based on our previous positive experience with him. From that first phone call, to the private home viewing, right through to settlement, I was most impressed with Broc’s level of communication, professionalism, and friendliness. We highly recommend Broc if you’re thinking about selling your property or even buying one through him as I truly believe you’ll have a truly positive experience with him as we had. Thank you Broc and the First National Real Estate Forster-Tuncurry Team.
