Procured property in Desert Springs. The property was advertised well, there where enough pictures to gauge the property and nothing was misleading. The description of the property was good. I requested an opening as it was open by invitation at the time and was promptly given a decent time that suited work commitments. I stayed at the property for about an hour exceeding the open time and made an offer, this was accepted within a short time after realtor contacted the seller. The amount of photographs and correctness of them where excellent so my decision was based upon verification of dimensioning and checking minor details. The conveyancing went smoothly with minor issue with bank that took 10 minutes to resolve. Andrew was able to give me all the necessary paper work to make the inspections easy. Contracts take multiple parties and I believe in this case all came together amicably and speedily including Andrew Doyle the relator, the seller, the bank and myself. This was a pleasant experience. I also believe the property was price about right within the market given other sales in and around the nearby area,
