Experience and Hard Work
Dominic worked with us from before putting the house on the market with advice on best presentation. What do spend money on and what not to. In a slow market he worked very hard canvassing potential buyers and organising inspections and didn't stop until he found us a buyer.

Great agent and team
Dominic sold us our house in 2004 and it was an obvious choice who we were going to get to sell our house. Dominic was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of selling our house. One open inspection and 5 days after going on the market and it was sold. Even though Dominic was our Principal Agent, it was another agent in his team who secured the sale as Dominic was away when the buyers decided the house was right for them. I found they both worked very well together to secure a great selling price for us. I highly recommend giving Dominic and the Framptons team when it comes to buying and selling your house.
