Helen and the team do what they say they will do!!
I contacted Helen because I saw an advertisement which showed she had won several industry awards for her work. Helen and her colleague Nana both live in the area and have excellent local knowledge. Right from the start, Helen responded promptly to texts and emails from me, answering all my questions. She focused on the service that she could offer rather than criticizing other real estate agents as some others I considered did - this is a real no-no! Helen was positive about the good points of the property and did not ask me to do unnecessary “cosmetic” work. She was happy to work with my timeframe, and cooperated to arrange convenient times to take photos of the property. Helen respected my wish to sell the property to someone who would live in it, and managed a particular aspect of the sale with sensitivity. Overall, I would highly recommend First National Kingston.

Helen and Nana worked as a team. We appreciated their advice which was considered, evidence-based and not pushy or hard sell. Unlike other agents we dealt with, they were not pushing their brand or making outlandish or unsubstantiated claims to get our business. The house sold in under a week after a no-fuss, strategic campaign that proved to be effective achieving well above price expectations.
