Bruny Island Dennes Point
Viv and I from the moment we met Laureen found her to be such a lovely lady who listened to us which is so important when you are trying to buy property. Her knowledge of 38 Cox Drive was very good she gave us a full tour and then allowed us time to wander through at our leisure to make sure we got a great feel for the property. We are delighted that we have now successfully purchased our dream retirement holiday house this month thanks to the professional guidance and support from Laureen from First National.

'Falls Estate Agents failed, I failed, but Helen and Nana came up trumps
I originally placed my property with Falls Estate Agents, I was not happy with the tact they took to sell 'my home' but went along with it as I was told 'that's the way we do it'. They got two offers quite quickly, however they were both below my bottom price, they told me I had to sign as I wouldn't get a better offer, I refused. I then contacted 'sell your own home' but again, I had plenty of interest, but no firm offers. With my tail between my legs, I decided to give 'First National' a try, mainly because I saw a woman was in charge. Well I certainly made the right choice, Helen and Nana took my sale on and, well there was no looking back. They got me my price and more. Good on yer I say, they have my greatest respect, a very 'special' thank you to the two females from their rather 'special' admirer.
