Great agent
I chose Helen from First National Kingston at random just to find out about the home selling process. From that first meeting I decided I did not have to look any further. She was very thorough, always promptly returned messages and her follow up was excellent. Would definitely recommend Helen to any prospective seller. 51 days from going live to settlement!. EXCELLENT, Trustworthy, Informed and Communicative

Just the Best!
This is the second property Helen has sold for us. As we had experienced first time, her knowledge, skills, dedication, honesty, communication & buyer bank were second to none! Our property was sold almost immediately and the price blew us away! Having recently retired ourselves from the Real Estate Industry, we know all the agents in the area and Helen exceeds them all in every way. Helen - commenced the sale process with a well considered analysis of the market conditions. This helped set realistic expectations and a genuine hope that a sale would be realised. Upon receipt of the initial offers, with conditions, Helen provided wise counsel and allowed us to time to discern the best options without any pressure.
