Laureen was the real estate agent for a property that we recently bought and she was very professional and personable during our visits to the property. She gave us all the time we needed and answered all our questions. During the contracting time Laureen was great at providing quick and informative replies to our questions and concerns. Laureen has also been a huge help in navigating unique Bruny related requirements after the property sale was completed. Laureen provided an excellent service to Lois and I as vendors. She was efficient, easy to work with, professional and had good communication skills. It may be integral to a relative, 'walk in walk out' situation, but it would have been good to have had some written down value attributed to the chattels in the purchase price.
