We went to Troy after being disappointed with our first agent. Troy reassured us that he would look after the sale of our investment property. Troy went out of his way to reassure the tenant as well as us. His professional approach led to a successful sale above our asking price. He even shouted me dinner while I was down in the area doing some repairs on the house before it went on the market.
