We were initially going to renovate and sell when a family member got very sick, then everything was put on hold. Troy asked to keep my details, he did not hassle us and kept an eye on the property. Twelve months later contacted to update on the current market bubble (COVID price jumps) and to see what we were thinking. After speaking with Troy, we decided to put the property on the market unrenovated. Troy's knowledge and experience was extremely valuable in putting the right price tag on the property, knowing the local market, a successful marketing campaign and getting two offers in our price range in the first weekend. Then coupled with Troy's personality, genuineness and professionalism he makes it all too easy. I would not hesitate to sell or purchase with Troy again.

We first met Troy 15+ years ago when looking at moving. Troy knew the local area very well and we were happy to swap business cards and some personal details. Over those years despite good work by Troy we were unable to find a property that suited our needs and was worthy of a relocation. Around 10 years ago when Troy decided to join First National, he called by to let us know of this, and left a sales plan for our home should we decide to sell at some future time, and also left us a personal note for reference. 10 years on at the end of 2020 we finally decided its was time to move on. We called Troy and from that time the process from engaging FNLM, to photography, to open house days through to accepting an offer and then exchange was flawless. As well, the service from Bec and other staff was excellent. The 10+ year wait was worthwhile
