When looking around to purchase our new house we met a lot of different Real Estate Agents, all lovely, but there was something about Troy that was different to everyone else. From the moment we met I felt like I had known him for years, and thank goodness we wanted to buy the house he was selling because he was super helpful, extremely easy to deal with, answered the many thousand questions we had with a smile on his face (and I'm pretty sure a song in his heart!). I couldn't recommend Troy Duncan and First National Lake Macquarie highly enough - there needs to be more stars for this rating!!

Troy immediately understood our needs and requirements when we viewed the property at Cariama Close and he followed through with his undertakings to contact the vendor and our conveyancing solicitor, etc and assisted in negotiations to effect a direct transfer of our furniture and belongings from our previous home to the new property. Troy also suggested tradespeople that we could contact if need be for the various repairs and improvements we intend for the property, all of which was very much appreciated by us.
