As first timers into the property market the whole process can be a little daunting. Troy took the time to explain the foreign process and was more then happy to answer any questions we had. The whole process was efficient and overall as enjoyable as buying property can be. His no pressure approach was quite refreshing after having dealt with some quite aggressive in approach agents in the past. We would definitely recommend him to anyone

We bought our first house through Troy and found him to be extremely good to work with, making the buying process very easy and stress free. He has excellent communication skills and was very helpful throughout this time. Based on this experience, we decided to ask Troy to sell property for us as well. Again, he was very easy to work with and gave us invaluable advice on the property market and the selling process. Selling a property can be very daunting and at times a stressful event for the vendor. From my first meeting with Troy, I was made feel comfortable and relaxed, he made the whole process seem easy with his professionalism and market knowledge, he wasn't just someone, showing someone a property, he was out there "selling" my property. He has very good communication skills which puts buyers at ease, and explains things about the property that would make them happy and comfortable for them and their family to live there. I thoroughly recommend Troy and his team weather your selling a $200k property or a $1.2 he will give it a 1000% of his time and effort and make everyone smile Cheers people
