Troy was able to manage some upgrades to our property prior to sale and we had every trust in him executing this in our best interests. Troy himself communicated with us so we could hear from him directly on how the pre-sale and then sale process was going. Again this meant that we always felt confident that the agreed timeline was kept suprise-free. When I had to sell my sons home, I had no idea how to proceed. I called First National and spoke with Nathan White from that moment I have not had any worries or concerns Nathan talked and guided me through the process of selling a home and made it so easy, Nathan constantly kept me up-to-date on what was happening with the open house actually we had one open house and it sold. Nathan has just done a great job helping me at such a difficult time selling my son property. Would highly recommend him to anyone in fact he is now selling my mother‘s home for me and has done a marvellous job once again thank you so much Nathan, you took all the stress and worry out of selling both homes. Hopefully will never have to sell another home but if I did, I’d go straight to Nathan.

I always had a gut feeling that my property would sell quickly and for a good price and within 5 minutes of making an inquiry, Nathan was on the phone and got the ball rolling. The house was listed on Tuesday and by Thursday lunch time the same week, Nathan had a buyer come through and got them over the line and over the asking price! All this before we even had the chance to do an open house inspection. Nathan communicated clearly and honestly each step of the way and was extremely understanding, supportive, sensitive and accomodating in what was a very difficult personal situation. I would highly recommend Nathan and his team at First National Lake Macquarie for their ability to be professional, relatable and most importantly, get the job done in a timely fashion!
