We felt we needed more discussion around how the process works, being our first investment property. The initial appraisal and discussion we had was great and the communication with her was great, and then this changed hands and we weren't introduced to this person or known why we had changed case managers. The communication from then on has been on a need to know basis.

Dealing with the team from First National Real Estate Latrobe was a breeze. We have been applying for rental properties for some time, and have been treated, in the most part well, but sometimes as second class citizens, However, Josh was friendly and courteous, and made us feel that he really wanted to help us find the right property for our particular needs - we weren't just a number. I'm sure he was just as attentive to all the other applicants. Looking for rental properties is a stressful business and so we were more than pleased to be so well looked after.
