Stacey has become my new property manager and she has exceeded my expectations! She is lovely and very proactive. I am super happy with the excellent customer service that she provides me in a regular basis. I highly recommend her.
First National Real Estate Latrobe
From the moment we enquired about the property, people at LFN were most helpful, efficient and patient (for those of us who are technologically challenged). A seamless process.

No issue is to much trouble
First National Real Estate Latrobe
We felt we needed more discussion around how the process works, being our first investment property. The initial appraisal and discussion we had was great and the communication with her was great, and then this changed hands and we weren't introduced to this person or known why we had changed case managers. The communication from then on has been on a need to know basis.

I can’t recommend them enough. They were extremely nice to us from the start and made everything they could to help us to find our new home.

First National Real Estate Latrobe
Dealing with the team from First National Real Estate Latrobe was a breeze. We have been applying for rental properties for some time, and have been treated, in the most part well, but sometimes as second class citizens, However, Josh was friendly and courteous, and made us feel that he really wanted to help us find the right property for our particular needs - we weren't just a number. I'm sure he was just as attentive to all the other applicants. Looking for rental properties is a stressful business and so we were more than pleased to be so well looked after.
First National Real Estate Latrobe
Friendly, accessible, willing to talk and discuss problems and offer solutions. Knowledgeable and willing to help. They were very efficient and would follow through quickly with any requests. I should especially mention Josh and Carmen as they were exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable, which was very important to me as it was my first property rental experience in Australia.
