Belinda was my real estate agent for my investment property for many years so I knew she would do a great job selling my investment. She is very easy to talk to and she’s very positive, knows how to put the vendor at ease (me) and the buyer at ease which is very important for a successful sale. Valeria & Wesley were very supportive from day one. I inspected 3-4 properties with them - they were thorough, answered all of my questions in detail, and came back with answers which were not handy at that time. They kept a professional attitude from the initial inspection day to the final settlement and offered continued support with the maintenance - that's another plus.

It was a great experience dealing with First National Pinnacle team throughout the process of the property purchase. The team was very knowledgeable about the local market which proved to be helpful in understanding certain things. The team was also polite and patient in their communication which instilled a sense of trust and reduced the stress while asking questions. Overall, we had a positive experience with Belinda and her team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to buy a property.
