Excellent Service and Sales Results
Great sales and communications skills. Belinda and Wes kept us fully informed on the progress with potential buyers and worked very hard to achieve the best price. Property was sold in the first week and we were very happy with the sales price which was a record price for villa's sold in Ingleburn. Belinda also recommended tradespersons for refurbishment works at very competitive prices which significantly increased the sales price of the property.

Fantastic, Diligent and Reliable Agent
I found Belinda to be honest, reliable and informative. She kept me informed of all negotiations and throughout the entire process from start to finish. She had answers to all questions either immediately or got back with an answer in very quick time. She gave me great confidence & comfort. She particularly managed the difficulties related to lock down due to Covid-19, in a professional and helpful manner. This required her to go well beyond the call of duty. Nothing was too difficult for her and as a result my home was sold and contracts exchanged in under 72 hours from listing time for a price I was more than happy with.
