Frances Fernandez, MBA, is a proprietor of First National Rochedale. She oversees the rental division with over 550 properties and is an experienced body corporate manager. As a long term investor in both the local residential and commercial markets herself, she has a thorough knowledge of the marketplace. Frances is always happy to share her knowledge and experience gained in the property market. Landlords find this information most helpful and informative. Prior to operating First National Rochedale, Frances managed Australia's largest cooperative Housing Societies for 23 years. In addition to holding the credit licenses and daily management of these financial institutions, she was appointed to Board level to oversee compliance and procedures. Along with her many years of property management, Frances has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in the real estate and finance markets.

About Kathryn

Kathryn has over 6 years property management experience and a further 8 years in office administration. She is dedicated to caring for her owners’ investments and focuses on obtaining positive outcomes for both landlords and tenants. Four years of professional experience in interior design and decorating has bestowed Katherine with a careful eye for detail when conducting routine, entry and exit inspections. Katherine is a great communicator and feels that one of the most important aspects of her work is to provide landlords with regular and comprehensive communication.

About Janina

Janina Graham epitomises integrity, drive, hard work and professionalism in all areas of her work. She joined our team a 5 years ago as a Property Manager, and returned after having her child. She now specialises in the pivotal role of Leasing Officer, which involves showing properties to prospective tenants, evaluating tenant applications, tenant sign-ups, and lease renewals. Janina is a thorough professional at her job, is proactive, and is committed to marry the best possible tenants to our owners’ properties in the shortest possible time frame.

With over 9 years of experience as a property manager, and with investment properties of her own, Michele has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate. Highly organized and effective at managing time she ensures that an exceptional service is provided to both landlords and tenants. Kimberley has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the real estate industry. She has also worked for the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) for 6 years as a Conciliator and the Department of Building and Housing as a Mediator and Case Coordinator. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the area of dispute resolution is an asset to both our organisation and our clients. Kimberley possesses a natural easy style along with a professional work ethic and demonstrated high communication skills. She believes success in property management is in the relationships built with your clients. Kimberley’s happy disposition and positive outlook on life is motivating and contagious. About Teresa

Teresa has worked for First National Rochedale for 14 years. She commenced as Property Manager in 2003, then after six years was promoted to Administration & Trust Account Manager. More recently Teresa was promoted to Office Manager, overseeing training, procedures, best practice, and administration. Teresa has an enviable all-round knowledge of Property Management and understands the needs and concerns of both landlords and tenants. She has lived in the local area for many years and is an owner of a rental property herself. This affords Teresa an even greater understanding of the service that landlords are looking for from their property managers. Teresa is somewhat of a perfectionist, and his highly motivated toward our landlords experiencing top-notch property management service.

Professional and Friendly.

My Family home, of over 40 years, was resumed by Council, which meant we had to be out by a certain date. Hubby had had a heart attack about 2 months previously, needless to say it was a stressful time. And to top things off, we hadn't rented in nearly 20 years. It was very daunting and overwhelming. Thanks to Teresa and Janina at First National Rochedale, after finally finding a house to rent, they patiently guided us through the process. If we have any maintenance issues, they are on to it straight away. Teresa is an amazing Property Manager, she is always friendly and if I need to contact her, she is usually available to take my call, if not, she calls back as soon as she can. I would definitely go through First National Rochedal again and highly recommend them to anyone needing to rent.

Hands down best in Logan

These guys have always gone above and beyond for us as tenants in rental properties. The past few years we have experienced 2 other agencies that just don’t compare, and were so happy to return to rent with FNR again! Super shoutout to Janina for giving everyone her 150% always!
