After a number of years managing my property myself, I decided with a change of tenants a few months ago to place the property with an agency. Friends who are renters recommended First National Rochedale so I visited them to better understand what they offered. I was impressed by their understanding of the importance of mutual respect between renters and landlords, and their view that the role of Real Estate Agents was to be an effective "middle man" in this relationship. I found First National has developed excellent systems and processes to assist in a balanced execution of their role. They have proved to be responsive and effective in finding new tenants and in arranging several maintenance jobs that needed doing.
