Even at first meeting Jessica Chea impressed with her delightful blend of warmth and professionalism. Her local knowledge was immediate and informative. Jessica welcomed our questions and concerns; the market was softening during our sale time abd yes, we were panicking. During our regular meetings Jessica brought printouts of viewings abd comments. It was very useful to discuss these with our family later. We trusted her implicitly and at all times knew that she had our best interests at heart. Jessica and her team worked tirelessly on our behalf. She was always in ready contact and "on the ball". We all embraced when a sale was finally achieved! We chose First National for we liked their business model. No Sale , No Cost. Jessica is a great communicator , she kept us up to date with the progress with our property, as well as with what is taking place in Waverley. We had a weekly meeting to discuss the sales results in Waverley as well as comparable properties. etc
