Jessica was fantastic when she sold my mother's property 4 years ago so when it came to selling our property, we didn't look at anyone else. Jessica was recommended to us by our next door neighbor who sold their house three and half years ago. We in turn recommended her to friends who sold their house twelve months ago. They both had very successful sales. Jessica convinced us that a private sale was the way to go and we found the whole process simple and not too intrusive into our daily life. The time from signing up to sale of our property was 14 weeks in a fairly slow market. Although we failed to achieve our preferred price we are very happy with the final figure. We made a decision to sell our house and to find the value we had it appraised by a sworn valuer. In discussion with the Valuer I mentioned we did not want to auction but preferred a private sale but agents were all pushing for auctions. He said if we wanted a private sale and he was in our position he would go to First National Waverley City. I contacted their office and arranged for Jessica Chea to come and see us. Right from the time we met Jessica and listened to her presentation we were convinced that a private sale with her was better than an "Auction Show for the neighbours". We were even more happy with our choice when a contact within the industry said "if I was going to sell my home I would want Jessica and her team, as I would be confident I had the best result". Other agents wanted up front fees etc. and pushed unrealistic price expectations. Jessica on the other hand suggested a price range we should market at and a realistic marketing time which proved accurate. Along with Michelle who had considerable involvement, we achieved a great result. Jessica is very professional and personable, cummunicates well and is a pleasure to be with, she has made this stressful time much easier. We met professionally but will remain good friends.
