We recently sold our house in Frenchs Forest and would highly recommend Michael Buckley as an agent. We chose Michael for his knowledge of the local market and past results in the area. We were not disappointed with the decision. As Michael is an owner in the business it is always good to deal with the owners. Michael brings a personal touch with all that he does. From the moment we engaged Michael he was extremely professional in his approach and provided valuable advice on presentation and other items that you generally would not think of. He even loaned us some cushions to match our lounge and outdoor setting ! Michael was always honest and realistic in his advice to us and gave us a level of comfort that we were doing the right thing. Michael would always answer any queries small or big and was always available. Michael ran an excellent marketing campaign. Over the course of the campaign we were actually away on holidays and Michael looked after the property in our absence ensuring it was always well presented for open inspections. He gave us consistent feed back of how each inspection went, how many contracts were issued etc and just generally how it was all going. The long hours worked by Michael paid off and we ended up with 15 registered bidders on one of the wettest auction days in Sydney. We first met Michael when we had just started looking at new houses. What shone through was his knowledge of the local market and an open, honest approach to selling houses unlike some other real estate vendors at the time.
