Whole experience with Tracy acting as our agent was nothing but positive. She was friendly, efficient and professional. At all times she kept us abreast of all developments during the sale of our property. From the very start it was apparent that her knowledge of the Townsville market was extensive and any advice she gave us was invaluable. Any hiccups along the way were quickly and efficiently dealt with. We have no hesitation in recommending Tracey as an agent to sell your property.

You are amazing Michelle! We are so pleased to have you as an agent to sell our property. You have done an awesome performance doing this job. You took the challenges on your shoulder, which we would had to do ourselves. Your communication was excellent and ever step you updated us and acted on if anything fell behind. Your professionalism was really top. You have resolved any misunderstanding or any miscommunication which happen to occur due our very busy lifestyle. You handled these when happened, with your prompt action. As a person, you are amazing. We miss your lovely smiles, you soft and kind voices now-a-days as you used to either call or visit us so often. We are very happy and delighted to have you with our house and it couldn’t be any better. We know your hands are hard working and safe. We wish your every success in your personal and professional life and enjoy the both, Nabila and Sayed

Tracy knew the area well and what to expect with the market and prices. Knew exactly what the potential buyers would want and what they would think. Everything ran like clockwork as she predicted and all went smoothly with no hidden surprises.

Michele kept us up to date with everything that was happening. Any issues with the property that came up, she fixed, we didn't need to organise anything. Michele explained everything we needed to know or do & nothing was ever a drama. Michele knows what she is doing & it was evident when she sold our house for the price we wanted in a very short time frame. It was very pleasurable to have a hassle free sale.
