We had the pleasure of working with Michele to sell this and another property in the same area at the same time. Both houses were tenanted with leases with long periods still outstanding. Michele worked closely with the tenants through the tears and tantrums and gently found solutions to their issues, such that the properties were vacant in a short time and everyone was happy. This enabled the houses to be more freely marketed and they sold quickly at fair market prices shortly after.
