I first met Jenny over a year ago when she was showing my brother a home. I was really impressed with her, and decided that if I ever sold she would be the one I picked. However circumstances change and Jenny was on holiday when we decided to sell, having already picked out our future home, we went elsewhere and foolishly gave a 3 month contract to another agency. We were unhappy right from the start, we were told we would never get our price and it became an unhappy relationship. Needless to say we did not sell and we lost the house we had put a contract on. I had already contacted Jenny previously and she had agreed to act for us as soon as our contract was up. Jenny came to our house had a very good look around and even went all the way to the bottom of the garden and back, no mean feat. She praised all that she saw was very interested in what we had to say and, within 2 weeks, she had sold our home for $100,000 more that our previous agent said we would get. I like Jenny very much, she is always professional and always smiling and she is very good at her job. I wish her all success in the future and am only sorry we are moving away and will not be selling through her again.
