Paul was on the ball!
We found Paul to be a very competent and communicative Real Estate salesman. He was able answer most of our questions about the block of land prior to the purchase and had a good knowledge of the area. Paul also didn't put a lot of pressure on us to make the purchase. He gave us plenty of time to make up our own minds. When it came to negotiating the price he was awesome and checked on the progress of the contract along the way. We think he did a commendable job.

Paul managed a difficult job with professionalism, understanding and produced a good result.
This sale which Paul was given had its difficulties...which Paul understood and worked around and got a result that I feel both owners were happy with....the project was to sell two independent residences on the single block of land for what both owners were happy with...and to find a single purchaser who would be interested. This was eventually achieved thanks to Paul's understand and professionalism.

From the buyers perspective
From a buyers perspective, Paul was extremely professional in his dealings with both us and the vendor on our purchase. Obviously whilst working for the vendor he also indicated their expectations along with ours back to the vendor which was a really comfortable experience. There was no being kept in the dark with updates and his responsiveness was extremely prompt.

Great agent!
Paul is very good - he was flexible with organisation of a last minute announcement for a physical inspection of the property, and worked well with communication at all times via phone/email with myself, my buyer's agent and my solicitor despite a complex situation with a slack vendor's solicitor and separated vendors. Highly recommended.

Great Agent
Paul was absolutely great with making our sale possible. He was always communicating to us throughout the sale process and would go out of his way to make sure both us as vendor and the buyer were happy and kept us both in the loope. We had actually used Paul in the purchase of the property and was so happy with his service hence why we chose Paul to do our sale. Would certainly recommend Paul to our friends to use him if they require a Real Estate Agent.

Awesome agent and all round great guy
Paul was professional from the word go! He supported me through the process with patience encouragement and quiet respectful empathy at the times I needed it. His communication is open honest and direct. His knowledge of the local market is outstanding. My sale was smooth and timely. It sold on the first open with the price I was aiming for.
