Paul went above and beyond during the sale process. We were selling from overseas and Paul made constant offers to help, even getting the weeds sprayed and pulled out and clearing out some rubbish, he went well above and beyond. His communication and responsiveness was second to none, keeping us informed every step of the way and importantly communicating with us via our preferred method of email. Paul's appraisal and sale price was higher than the other one that we received as well as the marketing cost being lower. I never met Paul in person but I can highly recommend him and would have no hesitation using him again.
