I met Paul in late June 2019 after some phone calls regarding the above mentioned property. The property was previously with another local agent whose agent agreement was expired with no buyer. I agreed to met Paul and discuss how he would market the property so I signed with Paul and the property was listed straightaway and 2 weeks later we had a potential buyer for the marketed price & now 4 weeks later we have a signed contract. This in my opinion was just fantastic. Paul was easy to talk too and he kept me updated all the way through this sale. I found Paul to be very professional in his dealings and approach, I can honestly say I am very impressed with Paul and his team and have no hesitation in recommending him. Thanks Paul.

We had our property on the market for 6 months with another agency, with very little activity. I contacted Paul on recommendation by a friend because of his knowledge of the local area. I was very impressed with his market presentation and the local market information Paul provided. We found Paul to be very professional and friendly and he sold our property in 3 weeks. Paul also helped us search for a new property which we have also purchased through him. Overall our experience has been fantastic and have recommended him to quite a few people. If we needed to sell or buy again we would not hesitate to go to Paul.
