From the very first enquiry I made, Ben was very responsive and organised an inspection very quickly. At the inspection Ben answered all of my questions and provided knowlededgable information about the property and what the following steps would be. He was always available throughout the process to expedite transactions and offer advice when needed. Ben conducted himself with the utmost integrity and honesty. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben to any prospective seller because he made my buying experience an efficient and hassle-free process.

I first met Ben when I bought my unit from him, and since then, he impressed me with his knowledge of the Macquarie Park market. So when it came time to sell, I knew I had to go back to Ben to help me put it on the market. Ben gave sound and measured advice throughout our auction campaign, and helped attract many interested buyers before securing us a sale before auction.

David excelled at communicating with us, telephoning after every open home or private inspections. He provided us with details of all potential buyers. He was wonderful at his follow up of potential buyers. His manner is warm and engaging. He never once tried to get us to lower our price expectation just to get a 'quick' sale. We are very happy as we achieved the price outcome that we wanted, and all within a great timeframe. We highly recommend David as your selling agent.

I have to be honest, for our attempt to be the successful bidders and ultimately winning at auction all the stars had to line up, and David Aktas was one of those stars. In the reasonably short amount of time, I felt like I built a comfortable and honest repour with David who had all the answers to any question I threw at him. But who also went the extra mile to make the entire experience uncomplicated, very accommodating whilst the whole time being the consummate professional. Thankyou David
