From the start of our discussions Ben was very helpful, open, friendly, always very responsive and put together a very competitive marketing and commissions package. The open houses all ran very smoothly, seamlessly as far as I was concerned, with regular and detailed feedback. The auction day was very well organised with feedback prior to the auction being regularly provided as to the status of potential "Hot" buyers and their registration to bid.
