At this tough market for apartment selling, Ben was always there to answer all my concerns n provide valuable solutions. I really like his professionalism and positive thinking, especially when I was upset and stressed. Unlike other agents in his office who kept telling me my unit was shit and not gonna be sold for the price I wanted. He has constantly insured that my unit would be sold. I really needed that sense of security. And it did get sold for a reasonably satisfied price. For that, I’m very happy with Ben.

I have found Nick very Knowledgeable through most aspects of real estate from planning,building through to a great knowledge of the local needs of the community which help with evaluating the market and buyers needs. Whilst planning an investment build Nick was always on hand to advise on necessary inclusions or deletions to make the build appealing to the prospective buyer. I have recommended Nick for the last 10 years to friends looking for an estate agent and will continue to do so in the future. My only regret is I cant have him move to the new area I am moving to so he can keep managing my property affairs as I've realized that other agents don't measure up. Its going to be a hard task finding similar.
