We were highly recommended to David by a friend who had sold a property though him and we were also impressed with David’s sincere, extremely professional and helpful manner in which he has listed and sold our property during difficult times. From our first meeting with David right up until the property was sold, we found that David was easy to deal with and he always kept us up to date with every aspect of the process. David is full of energy, with great advice and just a really nice person to deal with. We highly recommend David, and thanks David for all your help and support you have given us.

Nick assisted us with two transactions and he exceeded our expectations both times. He is very helpful and assisted us with overcoming hurdles from both a buyer's and seller's perspective. Nick is a property agent that you can trust, I would not hesitate making another transaction through him. Highly recommended!

I have found Nick very Knowledgeable through most aspects of real estate from planning, building through to a great knowledge of the local needs of the community which help with evaluating the market and buyers needs. Whilst planning an investment build Nick was always on hand to advise on necessary inclusions or deletions to make the build appealing to the prospective buyer. I have recommended Nick for the last 10 years to friends looking for an estate agent and will continue to do so in the future. My only regret is I cant have him move to the new area I am moving to so he can keep managing my property affairs as I've realized that other agents don't measure up. Its going to be a hard task finding similar.

I just sold my house off market with Ben’s help. He got the offers within 2 days after the private inspection and got the deal closed quickly. Ben is an amazing agent. He is familiar with everything in the local market. He is reliable and always reachable. He spends lots of time with his clients but always ring you back at first instance if he cannot take the call immediately. He always put himself into your position and so gives you the most helpful advice. He will achieve the best price for you. He is second to none. We highly recommend him.

We used Ben to sell our house and would recommend him to anyone. He knew the North Ryde area extremely well and had a great marketing campaign for our house. Not only did he obtain a great price but did so with a genuine interest in our property. He and his entire team that worked on our house were friendly and completely professional.

I first met Nick from First National about 7 years ago. We were on the road to building a duplex and required information and advise. We saw a few agents but Nick stood out for his willingness to assist and for his knowledge around realestate. So we acquired his services for managing the property. Nick and the team looked after the property and tenants for 5 years without any issue. This year we wanted to sell the duplex and again used Nick and his team. Nick sold the house for over the asking price and again everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend Nick and the team at First National West Ryde.

Nick achieved a record sale for a duplex in the area. We were not expecting such a high result. He was professional in his services and we do not hesitate in recommending him as a real estate agent. He is by far the best real estate agent in the area.
