Excellent agent, we are so happy with the result. Our property was sold within the 1 st week of being on the market and sold $80,000 above our asking price. Another great sale by Nick

I would thoroughly recommend David for his expertise in both property management and in sales. Over the years of my life I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents and sadly I have never experienced an agent that even comes close to David’s expertise. During the rental period he always communicated promptly on any issues, carried out the inspections and provided a written report with photos of the inspection. The sale went smoothly, he kept me updated all the way and always had our best interest first. Thank you David

Despite having to deal with the nsw public trustee, Nick was able to get the property sold well above all the families expectations. I can’t believe how good he is. Outstanding Nick! The entire family can’t believe how well this ended up! Thanks so much!!!

David Aktas is a fantastic real estate agent that is full of enthusiasm and passion. He is by far a person of high integrity, honestly and a true man of his word. This is the fifth property that we sell with David and every single time he has exceeded our expectation to the next level of service and assistance. He always goes above and beyond what normal real estate agents do and makes each property he sells very personal and dear to him. He is very ethical in his works and has always delivered way above what he promises. I have also found David to be extremely knowledgeable and a true expert in the local area and would rate him as one of the best agents I have ever dealt with. Even more importantly, he was always in communication with us every step of the way and he really worked fairly and honestly with the purchasers as well. I highly recommend David Aktas as a real estate agent and have no hesitation that he will have your best interest at hand. It was truely an honour and privilege to have David Aktas selling our properties and we hope to continue our relationship together in the future.
