David was an absolute professional from start to finish. Throughout the entire process David communicated every aspect of the transaction and secured a price for our property, which was above our expectations. We would highly recommend David to any prospective buyer or seller.

Nick Matulic recently sold our house in a very tough market. He assisted us every step of the way from readying our house for sale to last minute contract negotiations. His expertise and knowledge of our local area was second to none. We found him to be honest, approachable and a good communicator in all his dealings with us. Whilst we can only speak of him from a vendor’s point of view, we have no doubt that buyers also found him a pleasure to deal with.

We recently purchased a property through Nick who is a genuine, sincere, and a reliable professional who goes above and beyond the call of duty. His exceptional communication and first class local market knowledge enabled us to have the smoothest sale experience as a first home buyer, which really took the pressure off such an exciting and intense process. We have no hesitation in confidently recommending Nick as an agent. We are proud to be affiliated with Nick's company and are so very grateful for everything Nick had done for us. We will definitely go back to Nick again the next time we buy a bigger home!

Nick and the team were our rental agents where they secured us top rent and great tenants. When we then wanted to sell our property Nick managed to secure us a top price considering the market that we were selling in. I would strongly recommend Nick and the team for either rental agents or if you are wanting to sell your property.

Nick Matulic sold our property in three weeks. This was in a downward spiralling, uncertain market and outside his normal area. To provide some context to this, we had used two other agencies over a nine month period who did not even receive an offer. Nick is a consummate professional from start to finish. Nick is able to think outside of the box, see what is working and what is not working. He was from an initial visit to our property able to provide excellent advice, guide us and encourage us to try a different approach and sourced exactly what we needed. Nick has a very good eye for detail, listens and when he speaks it has value. He is honest and works hard for his clients. We strongly recommend Nick.

Ben Boutros and James Sarzano looked after the sale of our property. Both Ben and James provided great insights into the market and at all times provided regular feedback and communication throughout the campaign. Their professionalism and enthusiasm ensured our property achieved the best possible market price. Having had indifferent experiences with other agents in the past, I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team to prospective vendors.

Throughout the campaign for our [eventual] purchase, Ben was always professional, thorough and courteous. He kept us informed on where the market was at and where the vendor was at... he was honest in his communications with us and worked with us through the auction to eventually purchase our property. I would not hesitate to contact Ben for future business.

I've worked with David previously as both a buyer and a vendor. The one thing I always appreciate with David is his communication and work ethic. I'm always kept in the loop and am never in doubt as to how hard he is working to get me a result. Have no hesitation in recommending David to family and friends.
