Nick is an exceptional real estate agent with good market knowledge of the area. He has executed this sale with appropriate diligence from start to finish. His approach, research and strategy for selling our property has been on point for the current market conditions and provided us with reassurance that the property was in good hands to be sold.

Nick helped me selling my 2 bedroom apartment in a buyer market. I am well informed about the situation throughout the campaign. We achieved very good result and able to sell at higher price before other similar properties on the market. Overall I am very happy with Nick's professional service and will recommend him to my friends in future.

Ben arrived at my late Mothers' villa within an hour of me first phoning him. I had explained to him that I was time poor with living in the Southern Highlands and needing to do so much before returning home. Ben arrived with the necessary paperwork early the next morning so it was available for the solicitors on my return. I knew then that he was " the agent for me". Ben was professional and courteous at all times. I felt I had a friend in my corner at a sad and stressful time. He even nailed some fence palings that had come loose before the photo shoot and swept the porch before open houses, stating that it was "all part of the service" when I thanked him. I could not fault him. He was always open and honest with excellent communication skills throughout the whole experience. To be honest I will miss our little Saturday chats after open house now that the villa has been sold. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone who wants an agent they can trust, and, trust is the key word here. I thank him very much for all his help. It was appreciated more than he will know.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ben and David on the sale of my family home In Ryde. Even though the market has slowed up they achieved us a great result which we were extremely happy with. I would not hesitate in recommending them. Cheers

Long story short this process had been long (months) and difficult and is still going on. Ben has been there since the begging for us. Thank you.

David was enthusiastic about selling our property. Information in our initial interview was very helpful. He gave us advice about presenting the property, kept us fully informed of the interest level after each open house and changes as other properties in the area came on the market and market prices fluctuated. We would recommend him to others.

Nick Matulic is a great agent. He went out of his way to help with the property any way he could. Organizing gardeners, handymen, removal of bees, no job was too hard for him. Very friendly and great communicator with people. His knowledge regarding all areas of the sale of the property was very helpful he was able to answer all questions. He gave us a great result getting the reserve on a dwindling market. I would recommend him for anyone wanting great service with a smile. Sure of an excellent result to the best of his ability always.

We have been blown away with his punctuality and commitment to help sell our property at the best possible price at a time when the market is a little uncertain. Ben has keep us informed of everything that has been needed from us and what is happening with our opens. Ben has achieved to get the record price for our unit and I'm sure it didn't come without the commitment and hard work he has put in. Ben appears to love his job and the people he meets, he has a calmness about him which ensure you that he knows the needs of all parties. He wont rush you nor big note himself, this is quality we liked when we meet him and why we went with Ben I'm writing a good review in the hope that others see his qualities in selling and are happy as well. A big Thank you Ben
