David was selected to sell my elderly parents property because he was local and knew the area. He was very kind and patient to my parents who had lived in the property for 64 years. Selling the property was very emotional and difficult. David was always available to discuss any aspect of the campaign and kept us fully updated throughout the open homes. My sister & I would personally like to thank Nick for his exemplary work with selling our mums unit in record time! We had a few appraisals but was unsure who to choose so we asked our solicitor which agent he would recommend (there are plenty in the area)without hesitation he recommended Nick & the first National Real Estate at West Ryde saying they are outstanding! & we have to say he was RIGHT ,WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED!
