Nick is a diligent, knowledgable, and trustworthy agent. He kept me informed throughout the purchase of my new property and was efficient, honest, sincere, kind and patient at all times. He is an excellent negotiator and communicator and is a highly skilled agent who genuinely cares about his vendors and buyers and seeks to secure the best outcome for both parties. He made the process stress free and I am delighted with the home that I purchased through him. If you are looking to sell or purchase a property, I highly recommend this dedicated agent. You won't be disappointed!

Ben was very approachable and quick to put my mind at ease when addressing any concerns that we had. He was also a great communicator with a great sense of humour which made the whole process a breeze. From the day of first inspection, Ben was quick to show us around and was very accommodating when we requested an evening inspection. I believe that Ben was fair in respecting our wishes and represented both parties fairly and at reasonable disclosure. I can't say this for every real estate agent but Ben was definitely upfront and cogent in his dealings with us. During the settlement period, he was quick to reassure us and explain to us the steps of the process as it was our first home purchase. Thanks Ben, it was great doing business with you and I would definitely recommend you and Russell to anyone looking to buy or sell their next home.

I selected Nick on a recommendation from a friend, I found Nick to be a through professional in all my dealings with him. He gave me an honest realistic value of my properties. I achieved the price I wanted due to Nicks negotiations skills, which I hold in high regard. Throughout the entire process Nick kept us up to date and informed as to how the open days were going and any offers that were made. He was always just a simple phone call away. I am thoroughly satisfied with Nicks performance and would highly recommend him to anyone.

David has been managing the rental of our property for several years until we decided to sell. His proactive attitude, clear and prompt communication, high level of professionalism and honest pricing while managing the rental of my property was what lead us to consider him to be our selling agent. These positive traits of his carried over when David became our selling agent. From the very beginning, David was very clear with the plan for selling the property and provided regular updates all the way through to the sale. He had good market knowledge, was aware of our competition, and had a good sense of what the buyers wanted. All of this was invaluable in helping us navigate our way through to the ultimate sale of the property. We couldn't recommend David enough. He took great care of us as both the agent managing the rental of our property as well as the agent managing the sale of our property, and ultimately managed to sell our property at a price that we were really happy with and in a way that gave us a peace of mind.

David was selected to sell my elderly parents property because he was local and knew the area. He was very kind and patient to my parents who had lived in the property for 64 years. Selling the property was very emotional and difficult. David was always available to discuss any aspect of the campaign and kept us fully updated throughout the open homes. We got a great result at auction and would recommend David and his office at any time.
