Having worked previously with Ben on another property sale made selecting him a fairly easy choice. We know how he operates & his understanding of our requirements under a challenging sale of a deceased estate allowed us to work with him effectively. Throughout the period he was always supportive & was never pushy or in our faces. Although we had booked a 4 week marketing period with a planned auction, Ben was able to secure a buyer after only 1 week on the market, so this made the situation a lot simpler & more time efficient.
