Working with Ben Boutros at Ray White exceeded any of our expectations. Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Ben and the Ray White Team stood out as the best North Ryde has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and we could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We wanted a quick sale in order to buy another property and he understood this requirement and was very helpful in the entire process and really relieved our stress level even though we were on a very tight time frame. Ben bought a buyer to us even before the property was listed for sale, we negotiated a great price and the contracts were exchanged a few days later. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realise it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor. We highly recommend Ben!

We've been in the local area for over 10 years and knew Ben from when we had a previous rental. After using Ben to sell a property at record five years ago there was no one else we would trust. Ben is always professional, made time out of his schedule to work around ours and always kept us informed of progress. Ben gave us great advice of how we could increase value in our latest sale and after following his guidance it paid off with another block record, understandably we could not be happier. As with any sale there were times when we were nervous about progress but Ben keeps a level head and calmed our nerves walking us through our questions, even out of hours. I can honestly say there is nothing different I would change with the sale. For such a large part of anyone's life Ben really makes it simple. Having worked previously with Ben on another property sale made selecting him a fairly easy choice. We know how he operates & his understanding of our requirements under a challenging sale of a deceased estate allowed us to work with him effectively.
