We chose Andrew Cruikshank to handle the sale of our Dad's home. Together with Rob Westwood we found them very approachable, easy to understand in explaining the process of selling a home very clearly. Andrew understood the emotion involved in selling this home. Andrew kept regular contact with us during the weeks leading up to the auction day. After each open day we were sent a text message advising how many groups had been through the home usually followed by a call from Andrew letting us know if he thought there were any were serious buyers. At no stage did we ever feel pushed into making decisions that we were not happy with. Auction day went better than expected by exceeding our reserve.
