Throughout the whole process, Rob demonstrated great knowledge, patience and ensured we were able to maximise the selling price of our home. Rob was honest and helpful, especially with us both who were relatively new to the house selling process. He took the time to go through each step and ensured we were satisfied with everything. Rob suggested local tradespeople to get quotes from, and those people were also helpful to make the necessary changes in a timely fashion. From the time our house went on the market, to 8 days later when we accepted the offer, our nerves were kept at ease by Rob who ensured the process went smoothly. Rob was very professional and guided us into a great sale. He always made himself available to answer all our questions and managed to get the right incentives to get people to look at our home. The turnover was so quick, it was sold within 3 weeks of going on the market. Before anything was published, Rob always asked for our opinion, making it more personable. A very easy process.
