After 31 years, we decided it was time for our next chapter. We chose Westwood 1st National based not only on the visible presence of sale boards in the area but on research we undertook not only on the agency, but those that would be selling our property and we couldn't have been happier. Rob Westwood is a true professional in this field. From the initial interaction and meeting at our home, providing industry insight and walking us through the process. We had never sold a house prior and had a lot of "Costly" improvement ideas that we were discouraged from the undertaking. Rob encouraged us to concentrate on what we had and provided good insight to what would appeal and wouldn't. On that we set out doing exactly what he suggested. Throughout the whole process, he often checked in on the progress. Once ready, Rob was on hand any time we needed him. Opens were set, advertising arranged , nothing was too hard for him and his team. The end result was above asking sold price. We couldn't have been more happier or impressed with Rob and the whole process, even now while we wait on settlement, he remains in contact keeping us informed at every step. Could not recommend him and Westwood 1st National highly enough

We had one main goal with the sale of this property was a great price, before the market cooled off, Excellent work navigating lockdown and finding enough buyers to do an online Auction the week after inspections opened, I was very happy with the end result and Robs personal involvement at the start of the process, and Darren’s involvement in the final stage.
