Open, Honest & Efficient
Tony was wonderful in the process of selling my property! He was open and honest about where it should sit in the market and what I should expect in return which allowed the process to be stress free. In the end it only took Tony a day and half to find the right buyer for the property and I couldn't be more thrilled of the outcome! I would highly recommend Tony for all and future real estate endeavours.

Tony is the best

Extremely impressed
I am extremely pleased with all Geoff has done to sell our home. I would highly recommend him to anyone on the coast who is looking for a real estate agent. Real Agent
Tony Pilon has been our go to for information and knowledge about the market in our pocket of Terrigal. He has lived, breathed and worked in the area we live and love for as long as I can remember. A couple of months ago he said "we have a house coming on the market and I think you'll buy it" come auction time we decided this house was ours and didn't want to let it go. Tony knew our position financially and our desires in a home. Therefore during the auction process he knew where we stood and guided us to buying victory over 7 other registered bidders who were hungry for this piece of Terrigal's finest. Throughout the whole process, even the night after purchasing he counselled us as a caring and understanding person. Not just an agent. The different hats these guys wear is just amazing. AMAZING AND HONEST
Jaime came to our house on Monday afternoon, we signed contracts, then photographs were taken on the Wednesday (complete with the use of drone), we were live on the internet Thursday, 2 open houses on the Saturday and SOLD on the Sunday!!! We could not be happier with our result.... a street record! I would love to recommend Jaime to any person considering selling their house, especially if you want an agent who is down to earth and honest.
