Karl was absolutely fantastic...he went over and above in the process of getting our property ready for sale. We were out of town for the lead up to the auction as we had already moved out, but he kept us updated regularly and co-ordinated anything that need to be done. The auction and the subsequent result totally exceeded our expectations and we are over the moon at both the sale and the fact that a lovely couple will now be making our house their new home. We cannot recommend Karl highly enough for his willingness to go above and beyond to achieve a positive outcome!
