Brief contact in the past kept his name as a potential agent one day when we sell. We had ray white oakleigh as our rental agents and over time were bitterly dissapointed and could consider them when selling. In difficult ore and covid lockdown period Karl was faboulous giving us practicle pointers on how best to present our home. A bit of extra cost and personal hard work this was achieved. His ongoing communication was fantastic without going over the top. He treated us as more valued friends not clients. We would strongly recommend Karl ahead of any other agent who may upfront undercut costs but in the end we believe couldn't deliver the outcome we achieved. The only dissapointment was other real estate agents who were on a high trying to get our sale business and virtually cold turkeyed us and snobbed us once they didn't get our business. How sad and pathetic.
